I'd love to hear how others approach this, the client is about two weeks postpartum and received a blood transfusion shortly after delivery due to hemorrhaging. she's now feeling a bit more stable and is looking into postpartum massage to help with recovery and grounding, I've worked with postpartum clients before, but not immediately following a transfusion, so I want to be especially mindful here coz she's still experiencing some fatigue, and I'm assuming her iron levels are still rebuilding. I'd like to support her healing, but also make sure I'm not placing too much demand on her system or missing any contraindications.
Do I have have modify my techniques and if yes how much modification do I have to take note of, appreciate your thoughts
