I'd really appreciate honest answers to:
- How often does this happen in a typical week?
- Have you lost bookings because of it, or do clients usually find another way to reach you?
- What's your current setup to handle it (voicemail, online booking link, text-back, etc.)?
- Has anything worked well, or has everything felt like a compromise?
Happy to answer any questions about what I'm working on too.
