As someone with a desk job I can figure why my wife has so much neck and back pain, so that's pretty clear to me. The thing I don't understand is her hip pain. Whenever I give here a massage even a gentle one the neck she says the pain eases up in here hip. How?

Funny, I used to just skip over the hands unless someone brought it up. But lately, I've been playing around with some acupressure techniques, and I've found that just working on the hands and fingers can really help. I even tried it on a client and managed to clear 21 points without going near the main issues. Crazy, right?

Tension in the neck can cause muscle imbalances or nerve issues that affect the hips, it's all connected through the body's kinetic chain and nervous system.

Damn, it's amazing how our bodies are so intertwined. Any suggestions how to ease up here pain even more?
You can try adding gentle stretches for the hips and lower back after the massage, and a warm compress before the session can help loosen tight spots and boost relief and yoh can consider visiting a physical therapist

Yeah there's this term for that. Radiating pain. Search it up and you'll know more but yeah as far as I know I think that's the reason why reflexology exists.
