I've heard some people mention feeling not just better physically, but emotionally lighter or even happier after a session, It made me think, could regular massage actually help boost serotonin? I've seen some articles mention it in passing, tying in with the whole cortisol reduction idea, but nothing really concrete
Has anyone else looked into this or noticed pattern, I'm just genuinely curious what role we might be playing in helping to regulate emotional well being....maybe a bit more than we realize

I totally get where you're coming from. I've seen clients walk out feeling like a weight's been lifted. It's not just muscles, we're likely helping reset the nervous system more than we know

Absolutely! there's growing evidence that massage can lower cortisol and boost serotonin, which helps regulate mood and emotional balance. For me, it's not just about relaxation, regular sessions may support mental health over time.
