Hello - Seeking input from solo practitioners — how do you manage calls during sessions?

Hi everyone — I am software developer building a tool designed specifically for solo massage therapists: an AI voice receptionist that answers every call and books appointments automatically while you're with a client.

I want to make sure I'm solving the right problems before going further, so I'd genuinely appreciate hearing from people in the field:

- How do you currently handle incoming calls when you're in a session?
- Do you find that missed calls translate to lost bookings, or do most clients follow up?
- Have you tried any tools or services to address this? What worked, what didn't?
- What calendar or booking software do you currently use?

I let calls go to voicemail, then text back between sessions. New clients rarely retry, so yeah...some bookings slip.
